My ability to manage my money and make payments while on the go has been greatly improved by the app. I like how convenient and simple the app is to use. I also like how it has extra security features like fingerprint authentication and tokenization. It's also really handy that I can have all of my credit, debit, and loyalty cards on my phone in one location. The app's widespread acceptance, including at businesses without NFC terminals, has allowed me to make payments quickly and without fuss. I love how easy and convenient it is to use Samsung pay when I'm out shopping. I don't even need to take my wallet out. I get extra cashback whenever I check out with my credit card via Samsung pay.

Not every store accepts Samsung pay. It's definitely gaining traction but because it's not available everywhere you still need to always have a physical card with you.

out of all my tap to pay apps, this one I use the least. However I have never had any issues at all with it. Probably because Samsung is so familiar with my spending habits. haha I would like to see it fully utilizing predictive AI more. If I'm at a location where I purchase supplies with a company card then that should be the card in the wallet that appears first.

If you are familiar with any of the tap to pay systems that have sprung up over the last few years Samsung's is no different unless you are not familiar with their platform. I have been a fan of their flagship phone for years and while I utilize many of its exclusive features every day it took some time for me to join their payment system. It is nice that it is simply a small upward swipe and *Schwoop* my digital wallet is right there, ready for spending. The various security protocols being customizable is pretty neat too. I regularly switch it from eye scan to fingerprints depending on dress.

The reason for me holding out for as long as I did, is that despite being a a user of much of their hardware I refused to buy into what Samsung calls an "account". Samsung has to have one of the furthest reaching , privacy breaching policies I have ever fearfully read while trying to understand why I should allow a company, any company to know that much about me. Also, the fact that once you add payment methods it seems to automatically change your setting to attempt to be your default payment platform.

It's much more secure than other payment services. It's competitors save your credit card information to it's cloud servers while Samsung Pay saves it to your phone. This also makes it usable if you don't have service or wifi.

They removed MST which was one of it's defining features.

I absolutely love Samsung pay. It makes all of my business transactions quick and easy.

I've been to several stores that didn't accept many forms of payments, but Samsung pay is normally always accepted. And it makes my online shopping so much easier. And I get rewards for using the app.

It used to be great, now I don't use it anymore because there's no point. I don't want or need a pin on my watch.

The great thing about samsung pay is that it's convenient to pay for things when your hands are full at the grocery store and you need to tap and go. It's also great when your phone runs out of battery

The whole point of having samsung pay on your smart watch is for ease of access. It was great when you had to put in a pin once you open the app on your watch and want to make a payment. It's changed now so that your watch itself needs a pin, which makes it useless. I don't want a pin on my watch to use it as it takes away from its convenience. I just want the pin when I open the samsung pay.

I love the ability to use Samsung Pay because I am a die hard Samsung fan but.... Samsung Pay is just not accepted as widely as the other NFC pay apps. Sometimes I've went into establishments that don't state they accept Samsung Pay and it works but its rare, it's just not everywhere.

Samsung Pay isn't as popular with most establishments as the the other NFC payments apps are. I'm all for Samsung, but it's just not available. Maybe I'll give it another try in the future.

Very convenient. If I don't have internet, I can still process payments thru offline payments up to 5 transactions. All my cards are stored and can't be used without authentication.

Maybe on their next update, they can maximize the offline transactions to more than 5.

It integrates with all Samsung systems mostly phones *I had this option on my windows phone* and allows for one touch payment. The advantage to this is that it's unhackable as your code is constantly being changed and it has less prompts than a typical pay system. From a POS perspective it's just one more way to take payments from customers.

No real complaints, the implementation at the store level took a little longer than expected but I think it's due to our infrastructure but other than that no complaints.

We were able to process and keep track of client payments as well as set-up reimbursements. Having this option was very convenient as many of our clientele would not carry adequate cash and we did not have any other credit/debit card processing system in place.

It is very easy to make payments with this app and you also get rewards on making transactions.

Unlike other apps, it is not supported in every phone. Also, the rewards you get are related to particular websites. So if someone doesn’t want to purchase from that particular website, such rewards are not at all useful for him/her. I also face technical glitches very often while using this app.

Samsung pay, Its actually really underrated. Its a quick way to pay and i think it should be an option for in every payment section. I honestly think it makes things much easier.
