Pros/Cons
Pros
- It’s all about learning with new products and how easy they are fresha is easy to adapt to and function and customer care are great.
- It's completely safe and easy for all ages to use with perfect reminders to clients. The review system is also great with customers being able to check you out properly.
- In one click an overview of all the important reports. And the customer services is OUTSTANDING.
Cons
- The headache and frustration of dealing with them is too much. If I did not already have my clients set up in their system, I would be switching to something else.
- M trying to close my Plus account but nope, no one gets back to me and they’re still charging me. Absolutely disgusted and now cancelling my card so they can’t steal anymore of my money.
- M out of my policy no show fee and I’ve lost an hour of my time with production.
Pros
- The support of Sirvoy is superb. You type in your question and in a few second you will have the required answer and help.
- We really like the simplicity of the product, its ease of implementation and great customer support (not that this is needed a lot).
- Very easy to use, customer support is so good I feel like I am their most important customer. I have had many questions all answered without down time due to waiting.
Cons
- Managing Airbnb reservations are still a problem, as I would need to have one room always available for them, instead of maximizing it with all the reservation partners / tools.
- No accounting integration. I would have preferred that.
- On the odd occasion I have bumped up against some limitations around options for promotional offers, but so far have always found a work-around.
