The data is available to use

The benefits of Shoptiques is that its very robust without being overly complicated. You have the most common data at your fingertips for users that don't love spreadsheets, but have access to all the drilled down detail if you need it.

Pros

I love that all the data is available for my use. I can export one spreadsheet that has all of my sales data, by customer so that I can manipulate it how I need.

Cons

The preset sizes drive me bonkers. When I need another size added to the bra list for example, I can't add it myself.

Reasons for switching to Shoptiques POS

Shopkeep didn't give me the sales data I needed and it wasn't build for retail. I was limited on how many variants I could put per product.

I love my Shoptiques POS system!

My overall experience has been amazing. Their support and training is fabulous. 2 years in and my sales have not only doubled, but My internet sales paid for the cost of the POS in 2 months. The POS system really helps me purchasing my goods going forward. Because I am an accessory store my needs might be different than a clothing store. It was a process but everything I realized I needed was done .

Pros

I love the fact that I can manage my inventory. This is so important for me being that I purchase for other locations. I love my gift receipts because I can have multiple sales within a sale. I can see my best sellers, average price point, what each salesperson brings in. Perfect for my store!

Cons

When I implemented the POS system there were things I needed that were not available. However, EVERYTHING I asked for was done!

Shoptiques POS is Great for Small Businesses

Shoptiques POS has been great for us. We wanted a cloud based system that allowed us to leverage our current technology to grow our online business. And we needed something with string inventory management capabilities. Shoptiques has all of that and was so simple for our staff to learn to use.

Pros

it’s super easy to use with a great front end system. There are never any issues that shut the system down. It’s easy to add products and make them immediately available online.

Cons

Vendor management is difficult to navigate.
