Smart-Trade Retail Management System - Professional Edition is a point of sale (POS) solution suitable for a variety of industries, including retail stores and food service. In addition to its POS system, key features include inventory and customer tracking as well as integration with accounting software.
This solution includes a customizable inventory touchscreen, from which users can select options such as marking an order for delivery, labeling it a rush order or distinguishing between eat-in and take-out orders.
Access to the customer database, staff tracking page, and reports are all available from the main point of sale screen, and the system supports multiple sales screens to account for different store departments.
Different security levels can be applied to user groups to tailor access to secure features, and Smart-Trade is also able to interlink with CCTV if desired.
The reports module generates over 100 different reports including batching, customer reports, daily sales summaries and others.
Smart-Trade Retail is deployed on-premise and is compatible with Windows devices. It is licensed in perpetuity per terminal. This solution is available in Southern Africa, Angola, Central African Republic, Congo, Uganda, Zimbabwe and DR Congo.

I don't have enough space in this box to explain why our productivity increased so much since we began using Smartretail. Tones of integrations with the systems of our suppliers. It makes all daily tasks quick and so much easier for sales people.
Their support team is excellent.
It's not a real Con but since it runs over Dynamics Nav, reporting is a little limited. They include an additional paid service for extended reporting, HR and financial management.
