It has good reporting capabilities. The customer service is fast and friendly.

It's easy to learn, easy to navigate, and user-friendly even on the first try. Customer service is awesome and it's great for the price.

I kind of liked it, even though it cost a fortune for I told the sales manager that I wanted to go with it. He never called me back, or emailed.

It also generates multiple graphics and informations for better managing your stores, knowing every information about your products and how they're selling. Is a great tool to have.

The general costs of the pos is by no means too much. It’s just not what we are willing to spend on what we’re trying to get out of the software.

My accountant hates Heartland because it is not sophisticated enough on the back end to track the inventory costs, fees, taxes, to maintain proper accounts.

My accountant pulls reports straight from Springboard at the end of the year. Also I love the inventory management and ability to create one day price changes for sales.

System crashes constantly, have to unplug it every few minutes, and it takes about 4 minutes to reboot, lost hundreds in daily sales.

Authorized Touch bistro Dealer from SWFl was a total fraud and he took $1800 from and did no service at all we wasted more than 2 weeks for them to installl the softare.
