Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It was pretty easy to use & had a great CRM element and reporting functionality.

  • Good layout and the dashboard gives a great snapshot and overview.

  • Cons

  • If there is one feature we could get, it would be an integrated POS. With that said, we currently use Square and it's working fabulously.

  • The iOS app is great but doesn't have the the flexibility and functions of the desktop version - for example you can't amend staff rotas via the app.

  • Pros

  • Great product for running a retail store! The product works very well and set up is quite easy.

  • I love the ease of use and user-friendliness. Overall a great program that I definitely recommend to other retailers!

  • Cons

  • There isn't much. The only thing that I wish it could do is easily sync inventory with Enterprise desktop editions of Quickbooks. It does support Xero and Online Quickbooks.

  • Ridiculously slow, especially for inventory management a simple inventory count can take well over ten minutes to complete and sometime the system just freezes completely.
