  • Pros

  • It has been a good experience, the real time ability to find good enroute and have access to proof of delivery documents has increased satisfaction in customer interactions.
  • My customers rave about its accuracy on van tracking and they love the info they receive. The support desk are always happy to help.
  • Easy to track deliveries, easy to manage deliveries and such. As an IT Professional, very good UI, very nice to use and good to get information or fix issues with some of the distribution.
  • Cons

  • Rude, argumentative and unhelpful. Rather than admit to failings in their product and take suggestions on board, the support team deliberately confuse and delay conversations.
  • A complete lack of webhooks is also completely unexplained. The driver mobile app itself will randomly crash and require deleting and reinstalling.
  • The form designer is awkward to use. I had a very hard time customizing my delivery proof sheet.

  • Customer service has been terrific and we are most pleased with our decision to purchase Upkeep.
  • I love that it is so easy to use. It makes it very convenient to open the APP and enter in the issue and have someone in the appropriate department come take care of it.
  • Upkeep is very easy to use and the maintenance technicians like the ability to use it on there phones. The ease of reporting work orders when they are thinking of them makes the app valuable.
  • Cons

  • Upkeep should also have an alert text or email warning the administration that there there was no entry for the services by the repair crew that day.
  • Not a lot of options to edit how reports print out. Also frustrating to have to upload photos and documents one by one rather than be able to drag multiple documents into a work order.
  • A little confusing in its interface and with a little onboarding and a little time consuming and slow when learning.
