About UpMenu

UpMenu is an online ordering system that allows restaurant customers to order food directly from the website. In addition, each restaurant can run its own mobile application, which allows the customer to order food at any time. The system includes additional marketing functions. UpMenu customers can use the loyalty program operating both online and offline, the promotion engine, and marketing automation. Each restaurant also automatically builds its newsletter base and has the option of sending email, SMS and push campaigns. PROS

The best thing to say about UpMenu is the Excellent support through their friendly agents, not to forget the easy to use setup and rich functionalities, a great product that needs a bit of integration flexibility but overall, it's a must have

CONS

- No API to for custom integration - Client needs to create a new order if credit card payment failed, doesn't give an option to change payment method, nor give the merchant the option to cancel the order. - No integration with any email sending or SMS providers - Clients cannot modify their accounts from the Mobile App

Generali good product

PROS

I like how it works, generally there's now problem operating it.

CONS

It would be perfect if there was help from UX and UI specialist. Someone who would help run the page much faster and make it better to use on every mobile/computer. Event if it would be extra paid.

Hard in using, but the one in market

PROS

UpMenu has all the options it should - it's quite clear, allows you to enter products on the site. Great for operating in the HORECA market.

CONS

Difficult to use when it comes to making changes. The only solution of its kind on the market.
