Shift templates, job templates, etc. I also like the drag and drop and copy for shifts. I like the reports that we can download for time tracking. #### Cons You can't schedule into the next day. When scheduling, you can only schedule until midnight. For example, clicking "Confirm Shift", and then indicating you've arrived for work and then confirming that requires a lot of clicks through various screens to actually show that you're clocked in.
