For example, clicking "Confirm Shift", and then indicating you've arrived for work and then confirming that requires a lot of clicks through various screens to actually show that you're clocked in. It is very easy to navigate and provides a great visual with the calendar view to help stay organized. I did run into a scheduling issue where my shifts were not appearing but their customer support fixed the problem within minutes. #### Cons Although their customer support was great in assisting this issue, there were multiple times where my work days were not scheduled and I had to go to my managers for my shifts.
