It’s helped us focus more on patient care and less on administrative tasks, which is so important in a pediatric setting. #### Cons When other insurance portals are having technical difficulties, Zuub is unable to relay that information. Ofterntimes Zuub will say that the insurance is inactive - but we have found that it can be due to insurance websites being down/not working. Unfortunately that means if the insurance’s website does not provide info on their site it won’t be included in your zuub. She has reached out to me several times to let us know about new carriers we can add to the system, making my job much easier. The system can be tailored to our needs by changing the settings, which helped our productivity. If there are problems with not all the info coming through, the tech team is working on it right away and keeping us updated. #### Cons Sometimes it seems to take a while to run a manual verification on an individual, but I think that is more the carrier website than Zuub. #### Reasons for choosing Zuub More carriers, and better utilization. Also, after letting Zuub know we were considering switching, they let us use both products simultaneously and Zuub was free. We went back after the trial period because Zuub was so much better for us.
