We love the customer waterfall feature and the ability to catch errors and correct on the spot. Also love the clever way to treat prepaid usage and the ability to find and amortize prepaid expenses. Cons: Sometimes it can be pokey loading data, but has not been much of an issue. Reasons for choosing ScaleXP ScaleXP met all of our needs out of the box. TrueRev was not as complete of a product and didn't met our unique revenue recognition needs out of the boxs. Reasons for switching to ScaleXP To complex and way more expensive.
