Pros/Cons
Pros
- They were super quick and responsive with building the site and in answering any questions that I had. Thinking about the move...STOP RIGHT NOW and JUST DO IT.
- The nicejob had done a great job in building a customer trust and with the help of nice job we are geting very NICE SEO.
- Customer service has been outstanding. The software is very user friendly and overall something I’m very happy with.
Cons
- Because I deal with interior spaces in someone's home I am not able to interact as posting a picture is a violation of a persons privacy.
- Can’t yet detect whether some one has left a review already, but I’m not sure if this is still a problem.
- Their software for getting reviews was decent but I cut my costs in half with another program that does exactly what they do.
Pros
- The simplicity of this website is unique, and great for everyone. When searching, you can see reviews in a blink of an eye, which can help you decide quickly if a product will fit your needs.
- It has helped me to select the company which sent me a mail saying "I have won $10B..." - I would never expect that. These are the most wonderful things about trustpilot.
- What a wonderful and unique experience it was in using this platform to highlight my work in the most important areas and build a good reputation among customers.
Cons
- It seems very limited in terms of what you can do when you try it out. It's also like you're forced to pay for it because people only go out of their way to leave bad reviews.
- We were not ok with extortion and thought showing Trustpilot this totally inappropriate demand from a rogue customer would result in the bad review being removed.
- The biggest problem I have with them is they lock you into an annual contract with no option to get out of it.
