Pulse M Review
Overall I would recommend this product to anyone looking to increase their Google and social media reviews.
PROSIt takes over review capture where we do not need to rely on only our technicians. Also, when you get an upset customer you are able to address their concerns before they take to social media.
CONSWe do not use the text feature much anymore. This is more because of regulations than the software itself.
Reason for choosing pulseM
PulseM was clear and upfront about what it can and will do. Podium was high pressure sales and vague on how it would do what it claimed. It was hard to get a straight answer.

The experience has been great. Helpful team, great product, get's the job done.
PROSThe ability to increase platform reviews.
CONSI wish there were more options for sending technician bio videos via text. Also, need to further the collaboration and integration with Service Titan.

Poor Service
Very poor would not recommend to anyone. They have charged us $530 a month for over a year and promised to cancel our service since they did not meet the expectations they promised. And they still invoice us. One lined item being $100 charge for a feature they have never provided and refused to reimburse us. They take advantage of small company's. I am looking to sue, please look into other company's.
PROSI do not recommend this company at all they are a scam.
CONSNobody at PulseM has a solution. It is a SCAM beware!

Overcharged us for services they never provided. Never called us back to resolve issues they have created. They lie to small company's.

Favorite Vendor
Their entire team is always extremely timely to answer any questions. They are truly one of our favorite vendors to work with.
PROSI must say that pulseM has been a true game changer for us in getting reviews from our clients. The automated text messages that go out to our clients at the completion of each job have been very effective in helping us to get participation in reviews. It is also great because we typically get real time results as clients are much more likely to respond to a text than an email, and we are able to address any less than perfect reviews immediately.
CONSHonestly we have not utilized the software to it's full potential as far as using the dashboard to create contests for our teams but will be doing this in the future. It is a great feature.

We chose pulseM largely due to the fact that they are a preferred vendor for Success Group International members. We were able to meet their team at SGI Expos and found them to be very great people who show extreme concern with having happy clients and providing a to notch service!

Wowsers Batman!
Having PulseM in your arsenal makes beating The Joker, The Riddler and The Penguin as easy as pie! When we were investigating this type of software/service we were very thorough. We spoke with other customers, ran demos of other software and had tests done with our customers to find which was the easiest for them to use. PulseM was by far the best option out there. In the just over the year we have used PulseM we have had over 300 Google Reviews and over 1500 internal reviews. The result is that our Google ranking has gone from 3.3 to 4.6. What is even more impressive is that this is during a pandemic. I can only imagine how many more reviews our Batcave would have received if we were not in a pandemic.
CONSThe only thing that would be a con for us is the monthly cost. Though the software and results have been amazing, it is something that you have to budget for.

From sign up to onboarding to questions to integration, it has been simple & easy
PROSThis software allows us the ability to set parameters & forget it if we want. Or change it. It notifies our customers as a reminder of their scheduled appointment. It asks for the review & makes it super simple for the customer. Then we have all of the information that's been gathered to improve our customer service.
CONSI would like the ability to turn off the notification manually for each customer instead of the way it is now that if we have a phone number listed, they will get notified

We are very pleased with our overall experience with PulseM.

PulseM - Single Best Tool for Review Managment
The features of the review management is worth its weight in gold for service companies like that use a great base of review to help generate more business as well as retain current customers. The ability to curtail negative reviews and the ability to make corrective action if a customer was not pleased with our service has been of the single greatest tools in my arsenal as an operations manager to help with client retention.
CONSNone or hardly any cons to speak of. Has been nothing but a positive experience for us since our launch.

Great Software to generate Social Media Reviews
Prior to using PulseM it took us 8 years to get 20 reviews on Google. After 3 years of using PulseM we are over 250 Google reviews. We use PulseM to let customers know we are coming out for a scheduled appointment. This notification system has saved us wasting time of driving to a customer's home and the customer is not home.
CONSI would like the product to be a flat fee. As a company grows and adds people, the price keeps going up.

Simple to Use, But Could Use Improvement in Small Areas
Overall positive, and, again, a HUGE part of this is how quickly support staff responds to any issues we have.
PROSThe general ease of use and the attentiveness of support to any issues.
CONSThe social reviews features are still in beta, but in many ways for us these are the most important features (reviews left on PulseM directly are great for addressing negative experiences, but it's most important for us to get reviews elsewhere - esp. Google - up and to monitor these and give credit to the techs there who get positive ones, because these help bring in more leads). The "Give Credit" system for giving credit to techs who don't automatically end up attached to their reviews (or those where multiple techs were on a single job) is a bit clunky - esp. in that it reloads to the first page of results each time a review is updated.

Great product
Pulse M has been great so far just wish someone helped monitor to see if there is anything else we can do better.
PROSI like it because it's user friendly and the ream was great helping me set it up.
CONSI would like more features without having to pay for every add on. Or a plan that covers certain size company instead of per user.

We get more reviews and it helps boost our google rating. We are happy with it overall.
PROSWe use the bios and pulse checks daily - they're easy to use, but our users find themselves clicking around to find the page to send them to customers. We always go to dispatching first because it makes the most sense, but it's under operations. I like the weekly summation reports. I have notifications set up so I only get the negative feedback, which is fine.

PulseM is great for our company reputation management!
It has been great. Whenever we have a problem support is quick to jump and look into it.
PROSIt keeps our reviews all in one place and keeps us aware of all of our day-to-day reviews from our customers.
CONSThe scoring a leaderboard, we really don't use it because it is confusing and a bit complicated.

PulseM Review
PulseM effectively drives customers to leave reviews with a high response and conversion rate. It reliably sends the texts/emails to customers and can be relatively set it and forget it.
CONSThe core functionality hasn't really grown from when we started. The fieldops app leaves a lot to be desired, and the inability to create accounts and setup usernames and passwords for technicians causes issues when they get signed out of the app. Also, navigation on the webapp can be difficult.

Quick & Easy
We see the value to having PulseM and have been with them now for a couple of years. Also, really like the value of having it integrated on our website making it an eye catching feature that entices potential customers to check out what previous customers have to say about their experience with our company.
PROSThe Pulse tool is very easy for our customers to write a review for us and takes away the excuse of it just takes too much time.
CONSIt is fairly expensive but obviously we do feel that we are getting the benefits to justify the extra expense compared to other products.

No brainer
We have been able to communicate with our customers on a whole new level and we wouldn't even consider looking back at this point.
PROSpulseM has done nothing but good for our business. There is not a single customer who doesn't appreciate knowing that we are on the way and who is coming to their home or business. This has also helped our workforce have friendly competition between each other for positive feedback.
CONSI really don't have any Cons. Someone could say the price is a little high, but I'd have to disagree for the value it brings.

Excellent!
Honestly, our experience has been 100% positive, no regrets and probably the easiest marketing money we are fine spending because of how well it's worked.
PROSPulseM helped us get honest feedback from all of our customers and build our online reputation to allow natural traffic to flow to our Google My Business and company website !
CONSI wish there were more options to unselect a customer for a follow up review if we had a very bad call/ crazy customer (it happens occasionally, and I'd rather them not have direct access to our Google my business listing in those instances.

Love PulseM!
Overall, we have had a great experience with PulseM. If we have ever had any issues, they were prompt to help and respond. We love the charts that they provide for our teams so they can see their rankings.

Solid product
pulseM gives us a cost-effective way to communicate with our customers and gives them an easy way to leave us feedback.
PROSLove that we are finally able to text with customers who prefer that method of communication. Seems to be very easy for our customers to use for feedback/reviews.
CONSIf only we could choose the phone number that was used for texting! Some of the layout is a bit weird, but it's improved even over when we first started using the program, so I'm sure more updates will make the experience even cleaner.
