By far the best review request tool that is designed with one thing in mind - efficiency. Simple user interface, quick way to add request contacts, and im getting more responses with True Review than a number of other "highly reputable" review apps out there, and for a fraction of the cost. I'm told integrations are coming which will only make things that much more automated.

DIFFICULT PROCESS FOR NEW VISITORS TO DO Reviews

Very good. So far one of the better review companies but concerned about the delivery rate of review requests as it’s been a problem in the past.

The user experience for our customers. Very clean and easy to digest which I believe results in more review conversations.

Not customizable enough. Would like more control to adjust and fine tune the landing pages for users.

It's a great software I wish I had access to more features for the limited package. I feel if your paying for year you should be able to have email as well as the text feature.

Easy to use for both the sender and reciever.

The starter package is limited to text only. I would of like email and text option in that package because I am a small business with less than 100 requests a month.

Truereview offers simple platform to send SMS to our patient to give us review. Since we have been using Truereview, we have been getting lot of review from patients. Before we never received these many google reviews from our patients.

There are not really any cons however i would like to use Truereview for all my locations under same access.

Need help getting customers to place the review, need a better tip or suggestion to accomplish this.

We have been happy with it so far. It doesnt take long to do and we have gotten more reviews than we have been prior for sure.

It is very user friendly and quick to use

I didnt link google correctly so our dashboard doesnt update-thats ok. The only thing I dont like so far is that when you get alerted that youve already texted someone it stays in that mode so you could enter the next persons name and they may have already been texted too but youre already in bypass mode- instead of just letting you get out and go to the next one

I like the simplicity of the software to use manually. We have a 54 step Zap setup to send review requests and automate the process, but that is not needed, just something extra we wanted to setup.

All growing softwares will have minor bugs, but once you notify support they are right on top of it.

TrueReview is one of the easiest platforms to use for generating reviews. I also love how appealing the review request are that the customers see - it makes it way more likely to engage in it.

I wish there was more customization of the requests and that I could remove the TrueReview branding and include my company's. I also wish I could change the URL that shows up to make it more familiar to my customers.

I would like to be able to run review requests for clients AND employees

True review has a simplistic approach to review management that gets you right where you need to be when you open the software. Great for employees out in the field to quickly imput just a phone number and have the customer receive a review link in seconds.

It's very hard to find a con with this software. The only features that would be a added plus but not required would be an app to send review requests and a review reply template.
