Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Customer support is always eager to resolve my queries and the responses I get are mostly satisfactory leading to the resolution of issues.
  • Document control is very good once people are up to speed on the software. The ability to find documents especially on larger projects with numerous participants is very useful to us.
  • It is a great tool for managing projects and works really well with NEC contracts. Support has been good and the tool is a big improvement on managing via traditional DC.
  • Cons

  • Yesterday, a few of my projects disappeared for no reason, but there were no error messages or warnings that the software was down (it also happened to my colleagues so it wasn't user error).
  • Hours lost learning the system and redoing things. I dread to think how much it is costing the Environment Agency to host.
  • Buttons to submit forms or files are lost in the interface - just a drop down option to the side is not clear. Also, it is unclear that a document/form has been submitted - requiring double checking.

  • Pros

  • I like the features include in this platform, its gives you all you need for a construction management project. It's really easy to use and the interface is user friendly and really nice.
  • Some of the features of this program are very useful. It has been super useful for tracking all construction documents, as-builts, RFIs, Submittals, and even for completing observation reports.
  • The dashboard gives you good information. You can quickly see if you have open items and what's outstanding.
  • Cons

  • Anything from Procore now immediate goes into my spam folder. Next time a general tells me they are using Procore I will be demanding an additional $3000 for my time to use this stupid software.
  • It is a terrible, horrible piece of software. If you hate someone, force them to use this.
  • There are so many things I dislike, it’s hard to know where to start.
