Better Proposals is fantastic. There are so many different templates for any kind of proposal you would need.

This software has enabled me to create best proposals to investors and I can really say it's a winner. It allows you to look at templates if you are clueless about proposals and it guides you too.

No real issues, I found a couple of buttons that didn't work properly. I had to move the cursor a little for the button to activate.

Visually it's great, modern and responsive. Clients have enjoyed receiving proposals and they're quick and easy to sign.

I can say from experience that it works. I think it's a good investment for anyone who dreads writing proposals or who simply wants to streamline their proposal writing process.

Overall, it is a really great software. If you're looking to create beautiful proposals that impress clients in timely manner, Better Proposals definitely comes through.

The tool even offers the ability to create templates of your own. With a Stripe integration for immediate payment, Better Proposals is amazing value for money.

There were a few things that were a little confusing during the set up process.

I noticed the tracking elements make it very useful for knowing how to take next steps with clients. And most of all the customer service it quick and excellent.

PDF export of proposals does not work 100% as it should. A bit of a bummer for documentation purposes but not a deal-breaker.

The worst experience was when I lost hours worth of work for a big proposal (and it didn't autosave), making for a sleepless night.

Even better is the seemless integrations with Harvest, creating an invoice from a proposal when it is signed, and importing contacts from Harvest. This automated approach is saving me a bunch of time.

We used Proposify for a very long time and it was really nice. The template were great it  was a very easy to use software.

Additionally link sharing and signatures are super simple and make the signature process awesome.

I've used this both in an agency setting and as an individual consultant to craft and send proposals. I truly do believe that a great proposal (both visually and written) helps to win business.

We are also interested to see that a lot of third party integrations can be done on this tool like adding in Zoho platform etc.

It also lets us give options in the proposal for the client to pick things like # of years of licensing or change the amount of deliverables to get the final price they need.

Instead I've inherited a new set of problems created by Proposify that is far worse.

Pricey but looks like it is worth it. A free trial experience helps in knowing if it works for you.

The editor in the tool can also be a pain to work with - it's very clunky in parts and adding simple tables can be an infuriating experience.

We love being able to create beautiful, visually compelling proposals quickly from content that we have banked.

Honestly can't praise Proposify enough. The webapp runs really well, is very intuitive and straight forward.
