Super flexible in regards to the docs you want to add. Super easy to use and train someone on how to use it as well.

It integrates perfectly with CRM software like Salesforce.

Since we have started using Paperless Proposal it has saved us a lot of time and money.

We use our own IDs instead of the automatically generated ones however, every time you exit the proposal and reopen, you have to reenter the proposal ID. It's annoying but not a deal breaker.

Material is easily accessible and easy to change or revise for final draft form. Program is used for formal proposals, budget proposals, amd information pieces.

Also, customization features are a little limited. Not a huge gripe though since this may be a company function more than anything.

The statistics are so helpful, knowing what grabs customers attention is such a huge help. The sales and support is excellent,  I would highly recommend this tool.

Paperles Proposal is a great tool for our growing business to gain new customers in exciting ways.

The flexibility and customization ability of the platform. I can get as creative as I need to to win the business.

This makes it difficult to put into order. There is a delay in turning the pages of the proposal when viewing.

Paperless proposal is great by itself. Add the customer support when you have an issue (with my computer, not their program) and this is a quality program and company.

I don't have any issues like I said previously it has more features than I would ever know what to do with. It never leaves me hanging on any of the tasks that I would like to accomplish.

I love the product it integrates nicely through the entire windows suite. I don't have any issues with it.

The most desirable aspect of this software is the ease of use and ability for multiple people to edit.

The trial period is somehow short. Sometimes the format is messed up if your are using different versions of the program.

There must be auto saving facility availablr in MS word.A mistakenly simple click can ruin whole efforts.

I have a hard time navigating all the tools that comes with this software. I am not very computer savvy so that is probably just my issue.

There are a variety of different tools that make creating intelligent documents incredibly easy. We do almost everything through Outlook, and this integrates almost flawlessly with Outlook.

So far, I did not notice any  missing places or errors in this software. Even when I am doing a large project, it flaws with out errors or problems.

My overall experience with SmartDocs for Microsoft Word is that it is a software that is easy to use and you have a lot of different opportunities and functions.
