Fly High with Qorus

Using Qorus has speed up the process of proposal writing, having all the content in the repository the person working on the pursuit can just pull the content from the repository with ease and insert on the document, unlike before where one would request for content if they dont have any and wait for the content to be sent.

PROS

The use of smart fields in creating standardised templates, which everyone can use with ease in the organisation.

CONS

When you copy the link to the pursuit using the "Copy URL" on the pursuit, the link copied is the SharePoint link and not the link to the pursuit in Qorus.

Qorus Breeze to QorusDocs

We have been with Qorus for many years. We came into the relationship using Qorus Breeze and migrated over to QorusDocs with the publisher architecture. QorusDocs CSMs are stars and have guided us through the process and continue to make our business relationship the key to our success and how we deliver RFP content to our users.

PROS

QorusDocs has many features, many of which we haven't adopted within our organization, and those that we have are well received by our user community. In particular, the way in which we use Campaigns on our UI instance is a sparky way to guide our users to specific libraries.The QorusDocs Add-in is way-cool and our users really enjoy it too.

CONS

Items from our 'wish list' have been implemented but one is outstanding which is the ability to put Campaigns in a preferred order rather than how they are raised. ;-)

QorusDocs is as robust as it claims to be

PROS

The front-end UI is very intuitive, but the customization available on the administrative end is also extremely easy to use. On the rare occasion that something goes haywire, no other product in my experience offers tech support or product support as responsive and helpful as Qorus does.

CONS

Occasionally, QorusDocs software has difficulties accommodating special characters in naming conventions, which is ultimately a very minor problem.

Highly Recommend, Best Proposal Solution I've used.

Veregy has had a wonderful experience with QorusDocs, from onboarding to continued customer support. QorusDocs customer service is the best, they always respond within a timely manner, and we have access to real people every time we call. In many cases, we are on a screen share with their team within 24 hours.

PROS

The content library and interface with SharePoint Online have proven beneficial, as our organization utilizes SPO, resulting in a seamless implementation of QorusDocs. QorusDocs is easy to implement use and has created efficiencies in our organization. The content library allowed our department to create uniformity in messaging across three regions.

CONS

We would like the ability to customize the RFx screen in the QorusDocs application.

Reason for choosing QorusDocs

The interface with MS Word and SharePoint online is the reason we selected QorusDocs. Our team understands Word and our content was already stored in SPO which resulted in a seamless implementation with very little training needed to get started.

Proposal content storage, search, automation

PROS

Integration with Salesforce and availability (flexibility) of content management. It is stored on our System so we can troubleshoot and make changes.

CONS

Not much; we struggled with implementation because it was our first time with a CMS and it was not easy to categorize content during the taxonomy process for a larger company with many services.

PROS

Qorus helps organize our data and allow for easy searchability. The user friendly interface makes it useable for members of our team with various skill levels.

CONS

While we don't use many of the extra features, it was been good to know there are more ways to explore Qorus.

Simple tool for collaboration

PROS

Ease of use is key to obtaining buy-in from SMEs and to extend to other business functions.

CONS

Limited reporting features means that we have still have to use manual processes.

Qorus is a must-have for our company

We have been using this software for seven years and have been very impressed with it. Each version gets better and better and it is a must-have in our company.

PROS

The ease of use. Ability to collaborate. The storing of all our content, including creating new sources for presentation mix and matching. The add-in makes is so easy to insert content.

CONS

It's not easy to see all the pursuits and information related to them in one view.

Reasons for switching to QorusDocs

Originally it was because our company wasn't ready to go to the cloud and Qvidian was requiring all clients to switch. So we did some research and Qorus was by far the best fit for us.

The QorusDocs team is so great to work with! They've been there to support us every step of the way, from implementation to troubleshooting to developing new features.

PROS

QorusDocs makes content administration simple. By using Sharepoint on the backend, it's easy to understand, house, and manage all of our content.

CONS

Bulk document editing could be simpler, but there are workarounds that exist.

Overall, I really enjoy using Qorus. I can quickly find information and it's the first place I tell coordinators to go for information.

PROS

I like that I am able to quickly search for proposal content and copy over to my template with out a ton of additional steps. I like that I am to pull ideas from co-workers and make sure I have the latest/most accurate information set by proposal managers.

CONS

The search function sometimes pulls too much information. It would be nice if it was more selective with wording

The tool of choice for Sales Content and Bid Management

We needed to control the quality of our content and output to our markets. This tool has helped us in that as well as created several efficiency gains through higher productivity and ability to focus on tailoring our messages.

PROS

Easy to use. Easy to drive adoption across several 100 user-base Responsive service. Controls quality of content and external-facing sales and marketing collateral. Save production time and creates efficiencies.

CONS

The uploading of mass content can be clunky.

SNB QorusDocs Review

I have had a very positive experience with QorusDocs and it allows my team to distribute, manage and maintain content and other documents quickly and efficiently across all segments of the bank.

PROS

What I like most about this software is the centralization and ease of both access, sharing and tracking of all our documents and content stored within QorusDocs.

CONS

What I like least about the software (and this may be a critique of SharePoint), is that it can sometimes be difficult/confusing to make changes to the ContentHub libraries within the many different settings options.

Having the important documents that are used most in the company in one hub, where people do not have to ask for documents from different people and have to wait for the documents to be sent, with that being an issue to slow down the response of the one who asked for the document, and also documents can be lost if a PC crashes or the person leaves the company. So QorusDocs will help.

PROS

Having company most used document centralized in one hub. Organized for users to retrieve contents with ease, having recommended contents for pursuits of your relevant task and also being able to just searching the document for content you want. Having to see and get alerts on the renewal of your documents on SharePoint.

CONS

When trying to upload documents to the content folder, the file explorer sometimes does not pop up. Which seems like a glitch.

Qorus Review/Survey

By using Qorus, we are reducing the occurrence of human errors, especially when creating duplicate documents/proposals for various clients.

PROS

Extremely responsive account team and customer service/care. I am also very fond of the data tags and business rules functionality.

CONS

I would like to see more flexibility with stitching together documents of different format, such as pulling together word documents and PDF docs seamlessly. Sometimes having every document in word is simply not an option.

Pay the competitors no mind - QorusDocs should be your choice.

Very positive! If I was looking on the market for the first time or ready to switch to a new solution, this is where I would go. Take a demo and see how intuitive it is for yourself.

PROS

It's easy to implement, easy to learn and share with the team, incredible customer service, and worth the commitment to further your wins in the RFP and proposal space.

CONS

It can be a little confusing getting started and building a content library from scratch is tough. Their customer support team DOES really help with this process and can offer a lot of hand-holding.

New User of Qorus

I've used other Proposal applications such as Quivdian and PMAPS which both were very interactive with tons of features. As I get to use Qorus in this new role, I'm hoping that I can master this application as well.

PROS

So far, the appearance is self explanatory-I noticed a help desk feature which is helpful; however I was thinking something that is more interactive would be an added benefit.

CONS

I would like for Qorus to be more intuitive and also to feature more than 10 items per page.
