Great feature: you can load a spreadsheet into Qvidian and run autosearch on one or multiple cells, an excellent feature.

The organization itself also has an incredible commitment to continuous improvement and their consistent attempts to develop and improve their technology is noticeable and appreciated.

What I like the most about Qvidian is that you can set up your own templates for Word or Excel. I also like the intuitive search functionality.

This caused me a lot of frustration, as it severely slowed down my work flow since I could now only see and edit one record at a time.

The tech support staff were amazing and were able to help me with all of my questions. Would definitely recommend this tool.

Ability to click on the desired response or responses and add them, sequentially, into a response, is fantastic. They have excellent support including weekly support webinars with live Q&A.

Qvidian is flexible, adapts to Word and Excel questionnaires, has strong search features, and saves formatted text and images in its content management database. Autosearch is good and quick.

Qvidian couldn't have better customer service, in my opinion. A great resource and a great company.

It is still most useful for filling out questionnaires including the very complex spreadsheets we receive.

Minor complaint, some of the search options are colored coded. For color blind people, it will be hard for them to distinguish which filters are on.

We were impressed that Qvidian committed to supporting our needs, listened to our concerns, and guided us to the right solution.

I love how they are continually improving their product. The search feature is very intuitive.

The first con I have is a minor one, as the search function is highly customizable, but the buttons are grey/green. For color blind people, this can cause some confusion.

The product is easy to use which is the most important thing for me.

We are new to the software, but the staff is easy to reach (via email or chat) and the support is great. We synchronize into QBO and it is working beautifully.

The support from Procurement Express has been great and they followed up regularly while we were implementing to ensure things were going well.

It's user friendly and causes a lot of saving on time and paperworks.

Too many errors after implementation of the software. Select a department when starting the request but the individual line item dropdown menus show another department.

This Software really helps in so many ways, You can send PO direct to Supplier's email, with Good notation (default or manual).

I love being able to save my Purchase Orders if I have to step away for a moment.

Easy to use software that's created great efficiencies within our business.

It's also great that everyone can use the same software, from the marketing team, to the production team, and it's super easy to stick to a budget.

We have got this set up with Quick Books and its amazing.

Ease of managing working capital. Ease of procurement documentation.

On top of all of that, the customer service I've received has been outstanding. Their team is not only dedicated to the customer, but dedicated to improving the entire service.

Cancel and Revise' - I would prefer it if I could simply 'Edit.

Great Software,  one or two tweaks and it would be perfect.

Online Chat Support- It is great that Support team is always Active and replies instantly.
