They help us plan the entire RFP process and assign team members to various phases and reviews of the RFP response. These have helped us, especially in government/ federal bids. Zbizlink has made capture management relatively easier for our team. Since it is centralized, automated, user friendly, and intuitive, it saves us massive amounts of time in comparison to the use of emails and spreadsheets.
