  • Pros

  • What I loved about the company is that it has strong culture with great values. The company takes effort to discuss with employees their personal as well professional challenges.
  • The software is User Friendly. Easy to join the webinar and Q & A section was great.
  • We have been satisfied with the effectiveness of Alessa for several years.
  • Cons

  • Some frequent errors of the app that difficult the work sometimes.
  • Up to now I misted nothing. So I have on negative points.
  • I missing a manuel in german. Own further development is complex.

  • The main benefit of Seon is that I have more information which is the basis of a decision and I can gather these information faster. My overall experience is excellent, highly recommend it.
  • Smart and funny guys, I was not board while dealing with the guys they are energetic and very passionate about their work as well as the Seon product.
  • But as a Front End Developer, being able to use the SEON Platform to create a good workflow for our support staff has been the best benefit.
  • Cons

  • Shows unwanted links and helps locate fraud easyli so you will see how much of that is actally in the system you are using. Not an issue really as that is what we want it to do.
  • The UI can be a little difficult to get used to initially.
  • I know it is going to develop more social-oriented tools, which are still missing.
