This software had loads of great features and integrated project management tools.

We started using BC in 2018 and more than doubled our revenue the following year. Add BC was a large contributor to that success.

My overall experience is solid with BuildingConnected. This is one software that I wish every GC used to send bid invites because I know exactly where everything is and it is easy to navigate.

There is not very much that is a negative about this program. If anything I think the number of irrelevant emails some disciplines will receive.

You can choose to dial in your uploads with the integration team or start from scratch. Training was in person and super easy and fast.

One drawback is that bid invites often go to individuals SPAM folders.

We have definitely increased the number of quality bids with Building Connected. The program is easy to use and offers a large amounts of options to have it do what you need it to do.

For Sealed Bids, there is default language that is added that is confusing to the bidders.

A great investment for keeping subcontractors on hand.

How easy it is to communicate with a dedicated amount of sub contractors. The communication and ease is unmatched.

Document control and ease of use. The document management has paid for the cost of the software by documenting who has accessed documents and when they were accessed.

The interface is very user friendly overall. The network of contractors is very helpful.

Excellent Platform to use for reaching out to Subcontractors.

Building Connected  works great as a plan room for us and its easy to invite subs to bid a project and give them access to all documents.

For example, the drop down list that explains what work we do did not provide an option that was close to what we do which is landscape and irrigation.

It manages and gives a report of subtrades expression of interest to bid and submission is a great tool. Our internal team is able to view the progress/ status of the project, which makes life easier.

Easy to use bidding software that integrates with Procore.

Our annual subscription fee to you is well worth the money.

CSI division needs work, very limited, Bid form is confused to subs, bid tabulation lacks analysis.

We wanted a bid invitation solution that our subcontractors liked, were familiar with, and we wanted a long term partner. So far the relationship with BC has been great.

The software is user friendly. The navigation to get from task to another is with ease.

Overall, Building Connected has been a great time saver for managing subcontractor bid opportunities and has allowed for the entire to team to have the most up to date information at all times.

Customer service support is a phone call away at all times and they show great concern for your time constraints.

Easy to sign folks up and get them started quickly. Customer service is also very helpful.

The only thing I dislike about Building Connected is the inability to delete bid packages on your own. Right now you have to reach out to support for them to delete it.

What we liked most about this product was the ease of use for employees.

A complete training compliance report is missing. We need to look 2 - 3 canned reports to get consolidated report.

Best thing is E-forms-you can build any form that you use manually as electronic form with tracking. Best Validation support with TOQ and TPQ.

Most unintuitive software I've ever been forced to use.

New users have a difficult time adopting the system. There is a steep learning curve for both users and admins.

The service offered by MasterControl has been excellent and system setup was easy thanks to a very good support. Customer Service team, as they responds quickly and offer good solutions.

The best part is the ease of integration for the different modules and the easy workflow plan.

The process modules are a little more complex and have multiple roles, specifically for enterprise business units that can be confusing.

It is intuitive and easy to use. I like that I can access multiple Quality solutions from one platform.

Amazing customer success management department, most responsive Tech support I’ve ever interfaced with.

Finding information on how to configure the module was a bit difficult.

Navigation can be challenging for end-users with both limited or expansive access and rights to the system. Lack of GUI customization.

The support team is very responsive in accepting our suggestions for improvements.

Very user-friendly, awesome customer support, and genuine enthusiasm from the company.

I love how organized the software is and how easy it is to find documents.

For the user,  it was very easy for the user to complete training. Steps are very intuitive.

This software is a complete solution with more modules you can add being built all the time. It is cloud based and does more than any in house solution could be built to do for the same price.

MasterControl is a great investment for mid-sized companies in the pharmaceutical industry. It allows us to maintain compliance via the pre-validated software.

The weakness in MasterControl is that the configurations are so limited.

There are a lot of great features just in documents and process modules. There are plenty of controls in place to control quality.

Overall, it does what it is supposed to do. Once you get rolling, it's good.

It is a great, user friendly and easy to use software. Having different modules really helps in using a single platform for all the GMP requirements.

Excellent tool for QMS management, change control, and quality events.

Overall experience with Qx has been excellent. Implementing most of the quality event forms had been relatively easy and end users have expressed having a good experience using the system.

For example, I wanted to know where my task disappeared to after I clicked Launch. Could not find an answer.

The best thing about MasterControl is the integration of the various modules.

This product is easy to use with a user friendly interface, even wiht limited training users are able to interact with the clear interface.

Overall positive experience, it's clear from periodic updates that the MasterControl team honestly listens to the community's call for certain requests.

For the price, I would expect better UI/UX and fewer bugs, but it fills a niche, and the price reflects that accordingly.

This product is good for storage and organization of important files that can be viewed by employees who enter their usernames and passwords.

Customer Service is the best of any company I've worked with. The system is easy to use and can be tailored to fit the needs of your company.

UI and bugs are annoying, but not show stoppers (though there is  potential for the uninitiated).

A lot of users struggle with the system and find the steps complex and confusing.

Easy to track compliance for FDA filings and saves cost and time.

I love that fact that you are able to integrate all our systems ( Batch records, training, documents, management of change, CAPA , etc.

The capability to drive the processes of the corporation around our quality system was the best of the overral experiencie with the system. It does what it promises.

Training end users was the most difficult task for my company.
