This software had loads of great features and integrated project management tools.

We started using BC in 2018 and more than doubled our revenue the following year. Add BC was a large contributor to that success.

My overall experience is solid with BuildingConnected. This is one software that I wish every GC used to send bid invites because I know exactly where everything is and it is easy to navigate.

There is not very much that is a negative about this program. If anything I think the number of irrelevant emails some disciplines will receive.

You can choose to dial in your uploads with the integration team or start from scratch. Training was in person and super easy and fast.

One drawback is that bid invites often go to individuals SPAM folders.

We have definitely increased the number of quality bids with Building Connected. The program is easy to use and offers a large amounts of options to have it do what you need it to do.

For Sealed Bids, there is default language that is added that is confusing to the bidders.

A great investment for keeping subcontractors on hand.

How easy it is to communicate with a dedicated amount of sub contractors. The communication and ease is unmatched.

Document control and ease of use. The document management has paid for the cost of the software by documenting who has accessed documents and when they were accessed.

The interface is very user friendly overall. The network of contractors is very helpful.

Excellent Platform to use for reaching out to Subcontractors.

Building Connected  works great as a plan room for us and its easy to invite subs to bid a project and give them access to all documents.

For example, the drop down list that explains what work we do did not provide an option that was close to what we do which is landscape and irrigation.

It manages and gives a report of subtrades expression of interest to bid and submission is a great tool. Our internal team is able to view the progress/ status of the project, which makes life easier.

Easy to use bidding software that integrates with Procore.

Our annual subscription fee to you is well worth the money.

CSI division needs work, very limited, Bid form is confused to subs, bid tabulation lacks analysis.

We wanted a bid invitation solution that our subcontractors liked, were familiar with, and we wanted a long term partner. So far the relationship with BC has been great.

The software is user friendly. The navigation to get from task to another is with ease.

Overall, Building Connected has been a great time saver for managing subcontractor bid opportunities and has allowed for the entire to team to have the most up to date information at all times.

Customer service support is a phone call away at all times and they show great concern for your time constraints.

Easy to sign folks up and get them started quickly. Customer service is also very helpful.

The only thing I dislike about Building Connected is the inability to delete bid packages on your own. Right now you have to reach out to support for them to delete it.

If you can read, you can use Onspring. I love the ability to continue leveraging the data we have in the system to create new time-saving solutions for little to no capital outlay.

The customer support is outstanding. I am probably one of Onspring's smallest clients, but you wouldn't know it from how I am treated.

Very easy to use and after comparing to competitors, Onspring is the best value for the money.

End-user adoption has been high and all users find the solution intuitive and easy to use with very little training.

Original functionality is straightforward to design. Security controls (including retention) is perfect.

Ease of configuration; very low learning curve, end user adaptability; help section.

Considering our organization was not previously utilizing a GRC platform, OnSpring has significantly matured our Risk Management program.

Making changes involves no programming, no need for technical experience, and no need to ask Onspring to do it for you. There are no startup fees to worry about.

What I like most about the tool was the support I received from my Consultant. He took the time to understand my objectives and offered alternatives versus just doing what I asked.

Overall, great experience with the tool and good return on investment.

The flexibility provided by the platform of this tool is excellent because it can be molded to the needs that the organization requires.

At times some features seem to lack maturity in terms of what enhancements I expect to see, but these enhancements often come in later releases.

The interface for reports development can be a bit challenging at times. If you have a lot of fields in your apps, searching for them when building/filtering a report can be a struggle.

The education and support from the OnSpring team is outstanding. They are truly partnered in understanding your problem and helping you build a solution to meet it.

Take a look at the whole platform, the ability to build quick integrations, and you'll see it has the potential to centralize a lot of your key business data into one place. It's incredibly powerful.

The licensing model is simple and straightforward that allows for post-deployment flexibility and growth.

Customization is amazing. We have been able to build over 16 critical modules for our team.

Working with Chris and Jason was a great experience. Customer support is superb.

There are no long term contracts to worry about.

Once you understand how to use the system and it's capabilities, it's pretty simple to use. It has given me the ability to automate so much more than I ever planned.

We use this to record and track our Non Disclosure Agreements, Legal Hold Notices, Risks and Incident reporting for audits. The few times I did need support, the customer service was amazing.

It brings value to all business areas, and helps bring different areas of a company together. The customer support is excellent and they continue to evolve and add new features / solutions.

Because Onspring can be rolled out initially as a blank slate, it was hard for me to wrap my head around what I was buying.

I love that investing a little time can fully/mostly automate process that previously used valuable associate time.

For my role, the two features I find most helpful are the workflow capabilities and dynamic documents. Other groups in my organization use Onspring solely for the survey functionality.
