My Cetbix GRC experience

Cetbix GRC is very good. I see the company has customers in their heart. Good support. Till now I have only good experience with them.

Pros:

What I like about Cetbix is their everyday AI advancement. They keep on involving new features that ease our manual task. For example their new AI risk assessment evaluation and the AI document classification.

Cons:

Till now I will say now everything is fine. We have not experienced any issues. But I hope it stays like this.

Reasons for choosing Cetbix GRC Software

Cetbix was less expensive and it is plug and play solution. No setup or anything. Archer was over our budget and too many configurations.

Cetbix has a good structure to document the Information Systems as well as it has the features to track the IT application's risk assessments.

Cons:

Cetbix should have more flexibility to drill down on the dashboard's data.

The overall experience with the Cetbix was really good and how the questionnaire can be customized adds an extra credit to the same

Team should work little bit more on continous bug correction of the frontend.
