Pros
- This is the best tool in the market right now especially considering the work from home scenario and the great community which helps to resolve many issues if you have any.
- I like this software due to its concise and easy design, which makes the software easy to use. It has some great functionalities that makes it easy to understand and use.
- Easy access to all tools with single-sign on is a great advantage and feel secured. I like things being managed under platform than segregated.
Cons
- There are a few occasions where you will try to login to your account and they offer an error called, “bad request. This happens more often than not and can be extremely frustrating.
- The limitations that revolve around local integration with applications. Not that it's too bad, as an agent is always available to support local applications.
- The standout issue is that there is an extreme lack of features.
