- Tracking progress with a glance on the dashboard. Support team being responsive and helping us every step of the way with configuration and deployment.
- The customer service team is FANTASTIC to work with. They are quick to respond and are constantly coming up with innovative ways to make things easier for their customers.
Cons
- Not the easiest to get the hang of. Technicians found it a little cumbersome to pick up, but the project managers have not had too many issues.
- The dashboard can be a little misleading at times. It will say you are 100% compliant, but you will have just received an email saying something needs your attention...can be confusing.
Pros
- Great tool to manage SOX programs and audit programs. It is very user friendly and scalable and everything you need is in the tool.
- The user interface is intuitive, making it very easy for the end users to complete requirements. The different modules offered can support a company very well.
Cons
- Not easy to create reports for data analysis or trending analysis, it is hard to change layout.
- We've lost some features we had in our spreadsheets, but will keep building.
