Too many clicks to get where you need to go, and the navigation isn't always intuitive. Not a dealbreaker, but there's room to improve. We are able to integrate many applications and services and it gives us real-time monitoring into many of our controls and tests. Cons: That they do not offer a HITRUST framework out of the box. You are able to manually upload it and map controls, but it is time consuming. With the way HITRUST works, it was okay in the end. Reasons for choosing Drata Drata seemed to be best priced and we liked that they were a young company that was very tech-forward and driven.
