It's honestly one of the best tools we've used for maintaining audit-readiness without a lot of manual effort. #### Cons The UX can be clunky. Too many clicks to get where you need to go, and the navigation isn't always intuitive. Not a dealbreaker, but there's room to improve. #### Reasons for choosing Drata We selected Drata primarily to support our SOC 2 compliance journey, and it's grown with us from there. It was already embedded in our operations by the time we layered on ISO 27001, and it handled both frameworks without requiring us to stitch together separate tools. For a small team managing a serious compliance program, having one place for controls monitoring, evidence collection, and audit readiness has been worth it. We are able to integrate many applications and services and it gives us real-time monitoring into many of our controls and tests. #### Cons That they do not offer a HITRUST framework out of the box. You are able to manually upload it and map controls, but it is time consuming. With the way HITRUST works, it was okay in the end. #### Reasons for choosing Drata Drata seemed to be best priced and we liked that they were a young company that was very tech-forward and driven. #### Reasons for switching to Drata Did not fit our needs any longer.
