Pros/Cons

Pros
The varied functionality of fusion is excellent. Very adaptable
The software is easy to use, easy to configure or customize,

Cons
Ad Hoc reporting in terrific but the Conga report builder is difficult to use and modify for the actual "plan" documents
The flexibility of the tool meant the tool came populated with multiple templates which was a little overwhelming at first.

The software was easy to configure and install.
Account is very simple to set up and administer from the portal, love it.

Cons
Haven't seen any issues yet, sometimes they need a battery recharge if sitting in a dark shop idle for a while but that is simple maintenance.
Set up can be difficult and have found bugs for certain users. The issues have been quickly resolved by support.
