Before my time, not sure what other software was used.

The sales team was sneaky and tried to make our company renew the program after they were told it wasn't working for us.

It is easy to use, and the customer service is great.

We have experienced difficulties with the Part 48 New Miner training and the online virtual training. Part 46 & 48 certificates are a poor design with the need for more information on them.

HSI has been a great benefit to my company and really helped us out in a time of needing a great LMS and online training.

HSI has quality content in an easy to use format. Users can easily access and take their required training.

It was easy to navigate once in place, people were accessible for assistance when needed even with time differences. Curriculum was good, easy to follow.

Self paced learning that is easy to use. Perfectly developed and user friendly material content.

My company started using this software for our monthly safety training classes about a year and a half ago. The product is great - the classes are interactive, interesting and easy to digest.

There are almost too many features now, if that can be considered a negative.

My experience so far has been wonderful. The software replaced what we used previously and we're very pleased with the switch.

We used this software for our university training, both for OSHA and Lab safety. It is an amazing product and easy to implement and use.

Very satisfied so far, HSI customer service has been good. HSI was smart not to completely change over VIVID during the acquisition and it made for a smooth transition.

At first it did not work well with tablets but now there are very few issues.

Our Customer Service Representative, Account Executive including tech support are just really awesome and provide amazing support.

It is an excellent program to provide online training and SDS management to employees. Easy to use and excellent customer service.

For organizations, this is top-notch software. Additionally, HSI's customer service is quick to respond and provides useful information.

Great tool to manage SOX programs and audit programs. It is very user friendly and scalable and everything you need is in the tool.

The user interface is intuitive, making it very easy for the end users to complete requirements. The different modules offered can support  a company very well.

A careless move can easily lead you down the wrong path and overrun your budget. It is never a difficult decision for me when it comes to SOXHUB.

There is a bit of a learning curve but I love the capability of notifications and searching power.

It's organized and has all the fields you need when it comes to audit documentation. The customer service is helpful and some great features are coming out.

There is always resources to answer your questions or to learn more about another aspect of auditing. AuditBoard is incredibly easy to use and grasp.

The product is easy to use. You can create different task to cover control certification, control activities and PBCs request.

No need for a GRC tool, just SOXhub to manage all SOX compliance.

They even take user opinions into account quite often. The entire staff has found it intuitive to use and easy to navigate.

Extremely flexible tool with fantastic customer service.

The only complaint is why did it take this long for someone to built this.

Their role is fairly limited and it appears to require extra work when something needs to be amended.

It is also reasonably priced. We are very happy with our choice to partner with AuditBoard.

Time tracking functionality is very basic. Can do budget vs actual but limited from there.

The toll has many helpful features, a great feature is the Workstream module which helps keep constant communication between Internal Audit and the business.

File management and file preview size. Hate that the preview does not auto scale to right size of the file.

We also like the support team - they are very flexible and open to our suggestions. The integrated email communication within Soxhub is very useful.

My company recently transitioned to SOXHUB and the ease of use and end user experience has made it nearly seamless.

There are no features that are bad, or I can think of for improvement.

AuditBoard's SOXHUB is a great GRC solution for managing a SOX program.

It seems to have been designed more for Risk Departments and ERM teams, than for audit's risk assessments of their auditable entities.

When we first adopted Risk Oversight , we lost some functionality we had with our former risk assessments. The AuditBoard engineering team has since worked with us to improve this though.

Easy to collaborate among our team, realtime report and analysis of our internal data.

Easy to use, rich of features and totally customizable.

It has been a great tool so far and has good customer support.

We can get quick responses from the auditors and finish audit tasks more timely with the ease of Audit Board.

It's so easy to use and report on whatever you need. The ability to see status and click through to what you need is intuitive.

We have been using SOXHUB for a few months and have very happy with the ease of use they system provides.
