  • The Strategic Customer Success Manager over our account has provided excellent service and amazing support. The product was easy to configure and has been very useful for audits and risk management.
  • Fantastic experience with the tool and the company. Great support in building up our programs of control and delivering custom features that meet our needs.
  • Their responsiveness, expertise, and dedication have greatly contributed to our project's success, ensuring that any challenges are swiftly addressed.
  • Cons

  • Lack of built-in approval flow, requiring manual workarounds. Inability to edit certain built-in fields, such as assessed risk, limiting customisation.
  • Show Owner's full name instead of initials. Companies of 500 employees make it difficult to know who the owner is just by looking at it.
  • It would be beneficial to have the capability to adjust risk levels within the tool to align with the company's existing risk methodology.

  • I like this software due to its concise and easy design, which makes the software easy to use. It has some great functionalities that makes it easy to understand and use.
  • I like that it's very secure. I felt like the information I was accessing was well protected and that Okta was definitely doing it's job.
  • So far, I have not seen them slowdown on innovation and iterating on their product(s) which is good for a customer like me.
  • Cons

  • There are a few occasions where you will try to login to your account and they offer an error called, “bad request. This happens more often than not and can be extremely frustrating.
  • The limitations that revolve around local integration with applications. Not that it's too bad, as an agent is always available to support local applications.
  • The standout issue is that there is an extreme lack of features.
