What I liked most about modONE was how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. From the beginning, everything felt well-organized and easy to navigate, which made learning and using it smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated the flexibility modON offers—it adapts well to different needs and allows users to customize their experience without feeling overwhelmed. The performance was reliable, and features worked seamlessly, which saved time and improved overall safety and productivity Overall, modONE stands out for its simplicity, efficiency, and thoughtful design, making it both practical and enjoyable to use.

Cons:

I found ModONE extremely difficult to dislike but I would like to see more safety topics in landscaping.

I didn’t need to download anything — modONE sends safety content directly by email or SMS, and the Teams Portal makes it simple to access, complete, and stay accountable on any device.

Cons:

Sometimes a little glitchy logging in. So not being able to download an app is kind of a drawback as well.

The ability to take a safety program administered via paper to digital and know who is engaged in safety organizationally.

Cons:

modONE is so automated, my clients let it run and forget to monitor on a regular basis, but when they do, they can see those employees that have not been engaged and they act.

The interface isnt the most user friendly and not being able to automatically approve text messages in the app

Lastly, on HR tools — modONE isn’t a full HRIS, but if what you’re really trying to solve is new-hire onboarding + ongoing compliance, Skill Builder (included in modONE Pro) is designed to help with role-based onboarding paths, recurring training, and trackable sign-offs so you can standardize what “trained and compliant” looks like across the team.

ModOne is an innovative safety tool that not only allows you to send safety related content to your employee's mobile phone, but the user-friendly dashboard allows you to monitor which employees engage with the content. The content scheduler makes consistent safety messaging a breeze. In addition, the system is very flexible and offers a high level of customization. This is all tied together by excellent customer service.

Cons:

Our experience has been positive. I am constantly learning about features that continue to enhance the experience.

The ease of use is awesome. This quickly helps identify employees who are not participating in the safety topics and allows us to address that immediately. Customer Support is fantastic as well.

Cons:

I would make it less clicks to get to certain sections of the platform. It's still easier to use but maybe have more tabs available to quickly get to what you're looking for.

Pros:

Extremely easy to use & implement into companies, very straightforward. Does a great job at keeping safety top of mind, as well as consolidating all of the safety information so you have it in the event that you would need it in the future. Mitigates risk & also helps you focus on risk that is specific to your company, full content library & ai bot that can help you make content as well as giving you the ability to upload your own. Extremely cheap & if you have a good insurance agent they can usually find you savings in premium pricing if you're using this program.

Cons:

I really have a hard time coming up with what I don't like about modONE as I have had such a positive experience with it.
