How it organizes somethings is hard to understand when searching.

The only problems I have had is when it comes to technical support for the back end of the system, like API's.

The only issue with the software is that there is no one stop shopping.

Lastly, the customer service at iScout is amazing. Out of all the software we use, they by far offer the highest level of customer service and go out of there way to meet your needs.

Right now you have to select one and then go back in to select another. That is really the only negative I could come up with.

The ability for all employees to have access to necessary forms at their fingertips at a reasonable cost makes IScout invaluable to us. The ease of navigation fits even the most untrained persons.

Overall the experience with iScout has been great because you can literally do anything you want with the program.

I have yet to really run into an issue with iscout that is something that negative to remember.

Reports can be hard to build until the format has been learned.

Lack of analysis Options. I had to make a form to make a task since the system is geared towards completing forms, rather than completing tasks.

The app for phone is very easy to use. 20 training is a very nice asset as well.

As company that strives to eliminated distracted driving, this product takes the guess work out of who may or may not be driving distracted. It has driven our numbers down over 90.

We have taken great steps forward to eliminate distracted driving. That is a great feeling with our fleet driving so many miles on the road.

In a perfect world or for teenagers this would be amazing. For managing a fleet, i do not think it is a great concept.

The app works great for what it is designed for. It operates correctly and does as promised.

I did not have time to resolve the issue. If the windshield is ever replaced the risk is the windshield device gets lost.

Sometimes, it fails to come out of restriction mode on its own.

Simplicity but nothing else really - needs much improvement.

Sometimes it's frustrating trying to switch between navigation and music apps.

There are many issues that can cause the device to stop functioning and you will not know that your having trouble.

This company that took over Cell Control completely screwed regular families that use the cell control device for teens cars. We bought the device in 2017 with a lifetime membership.

Cellcontrol is a good product. It is cumbersome to configure and ideally it would be nice to have an all-in-one GPS, CellControl solution.

The non-communicating boxes are a pain in the butt nobody seems to know whats wrong.

When working as advertised, the unit effectively shuts down the cell phone. If the unit could be made tamperproof, it would be a great plus.

Very easy to use and a good value. Customer service was readily available and helpful.

I feel the safety of my drivers has increased. Our company strives to offer the best service and our drivers are a reflection of our company.

Since in place we have had 0 accidents as a result of distracted driving, money well spent.

I like idea of CellControl's system. The concept of CellControl is a great plan.

It is user friendly when it comes to being an Administrator for Users, Devices, and Triggers. Along with creating specific Policies, along with easy to manage adjustments through the reports.
