Keep all documents in PolicyTech instead of various hard drives. That way, they are easily searchable and retrievable.

The software is easy to use, and the customer support is top-notch.

The best feature I like about this app, is that it has auto email reminders. This is really great feature to have and it keep me on schedule.

Overall it a decent software just maybe update in layout to make it more user friendly and decluttering some of the buttons.

PolicyTech integrates well with the Microsoft documents. The documents can be updated using a web browser and we do not need tom update these by installing MS office applications.

I like that it's very secure. I felt like the information I was accessing was well protected and that Okta was definitely doing it's job.

I dislike how my company or the software requires password changes relatively frequently.

This a great a quick way to SSO when you access a lot of different applications daily. Instead of having to access each application you can access them from one place, which is nice.

There are a few occasions where you will try to login to your account and they offer an error called, “bad request. This happens more often than not and can be extremely frustrating.
