This one seems to be have many little snags that pop up, but generally nothing serious, and support was available valia a chat app - which gets answered but has an about 15 min delay. I can see that the product is continually changed - mostly improved. Cons: Little problems that varied, but generally there were ways around them. It seems to me that every time a change is made, it is released to production with inadequate testing.
