I like that it's very secure. I felt like the information I was accessing was well protected and that Okta was definitely doing it's job.

I dislike how my company or the software requires password changes relatively frequently.

This a great a quick way to SSO when you access a lot of different applications daily. Instead of having to access each application you can access them from one place, which is nice.

I love how easy it is to access certain dashboards that I am required to log into every day.

Ease of use, return on investment, ease of management, reporting, constant improvements. Thats just to hit the top level.

The limitations that revolve around local integration with applications. Not that it's too bad, as an agent is always available to support local applications.

Easy to use service with excellent documentation and out of the box integration for popular languages (Java, Go, C#, JavaScript, Python, PHP).

There are a few occasions where you will try to login to your account and they offer an error called, “bad request. This happens more often than not and can be extremely frustrating.

I like this software due to its concise and easy design, which makes the software easy to use. It has some great functionalities that makes it easy to understand and use.

I think Okta works well, but it's cost-ineffective and not altogether useful. I'd recommend just using the built in functionality found in Google Chrome.

Great for managing multiple log-ins to different apps, you only need to remember one password and you should be all set with this secured platform.

This is the best tool in the market right now especially considering the work from home scenario and the great community which helps to resolve many issues if you have any.

It also helps the organization track usage of software so they can make sure they are investing appropriately in software.

It has a great mobile app that is easy to use. I also like that it sends a push notification that you use for authorization.

A great easy to use login manager and tool manager. Works seamlessly and is a great way to manage user authentication.

This is a good means to make it happen if you want to ensure only people who can pass this extra security step can access a system.

The deployment and app integration with Okta is fairly simple. The tool is very admin friendly and user friendly.

The standout issue is that there is an extreme lack of features.

Easy access to all tools with single-sign on is a great advantage and feel secured. I like things being managed under platform than segregated.

It is a unique option, which integrates and with all of our corporate tools necessary to protect the company, and bring the quality that customers expect.

The most thing I like about okta is their customer service.

I don't own the contract so Archer will not speak to me about defects. Keep in mind that you will have to do extra documentation if you want end users to be able to use this tool.

I have found that the tool is extremely easy to learn how to use. That allows me to focus on more important jobs and hit the ground running with the new implementation of Archer utilization.

At first the overall layout of the tool confused me a bit.

It is flexible and can be customized to suit business needs. It is a good investment if you don't want to have a large team to develop inbuilt tools for various needs.

I like that I can save my reports and modify them easily to get the desired results.

We easily manage our risk management and business continuity procedures on it. The other modules also easy to use.

Overall its a very useful tool and its ability to be customised to suit the enterprise needs gives it an edge.

Menus and field labels are awful and in many cases make no sense.

Easy to use to securely log in to work remotely.

Reporting feature is so good.finaly we can see one record how much related  other of application record. This is so good for auditing process.

Everything is well but the only thing is hard to use is reporting module. Our clients complain about reporting module.

Gives peace of mind as assets are extremely safe.

Overall I have been extremely pleased with our transition to Archer. The reporting functions are incredible.
