We were able to automate much of our evidence collection during our most recent SOC 2 type 2 assessment period. I expected the platform to be too simple since it's primarily a no-code environment but am surprised by what we have been able to accomplish. Cons: The inability for some features to "interact" with non-users. We have a number of stakeholders that would benefit from the ability to approve/reject items via workflow, or receive report attachments but do not need an Onspring license due to their extremely limited need to access the system.
