The benefits we have achieved as the Risk Area using Pirani Software are mostly the effectiveness to manage our risk information with responsible areas of the Bank, to analyse our data with ultimate risk tools and improve the risk culture in all levels of the Bank.

This software improved my tasks widely as a Risk Analyst because it adapted to our information easily and this allowed to manage and communicate the risk of our organization with effectiveness to the responsible areas. Likewise, the software adapted to the Financial Supervisory Entity requirements in all aspects.

Es una herramienta muy intuitiva y fácil de trabajar, es fácil de generar reportes para crear informes para alta gerencia

En ocasiones se pone muy lenta y hay algunos reportes que he creado y al paso del tiempo al descargarlos salen en blanco teniendo que construirlos nuevamente

Personalmente para el módulo operacional, me agrada porque esta toda la información considerando los lineamientos de la ISO 31000, aunque si hay aspectos que pueden mejorar como la visualización del histórico de evaluaciones y la reportabilidad.

- El diseño hace que sea autogestionable - Encuentro la información de manera fácil - Se basa en los lineamientos de la ISO 31000

- La carga masiva puede ser más eficiente. - El módulo de reportes puede mejorar, muchas veces puede estar limitado, la zona de filtros, o la creación de campos. - Sugerí la mejora para la autenticación al ingreso, debería ser directo, sin ID de la empresa. - La evaluaciones deben ser mostradas en el riesgo con el detalle de la evaluación previa, para entender el comportamiento del riesgo. - El área técnica podría estar más involucrada.

La experiencia con SARO y SARLAFT ha sido satisfactoria, destacándose por su gestión eficiente. Estadanrizacion en la metodología para administrar la información de los sistemas de riesgos. Ademas la evolución a las necesidades de los clientes y la vanguardia en los riesgos a gestionar.

Que no se puedan integrar entre sistemas la información de controles. Y la generación de mapas consolidados. Ademas que no tenga incorporado un modulo para riesgos estrategicos menos riguroso que los normativos.

Reportabilidad inmediata y diseño entendible. Desde el lado operacional, se ha podido customizar algunas cosas mientras que otras si son más estructuradas y no flexibles.

Como usuario, muchos pasos para poder evaluar riesgos. Puede mejorar la carga masiva. El acceso para la poder usar la herramienta debe ser mediante mail corportativo, no con el código que piden ingresar. La atención recibida por parte del equipo técnico debe mejorar. Han sido mucho los tiempos muertos o sin respuesta que hemos tenido
