I think that it is a complete platform in its service for the moment without failures or something that I dislike

Privacy Request helped save us time, and provide some assurances by continuously monitoring for new systems and detecting new personal data.

The product does exactly what we need it to do, and saves us lots of time and resources. Support is great, and very responsive. They take our feedback seriously and address everything we bring up with good reason, and incorporate whatever makes the most sense. UX is really easy to use compared to the other solutions we saw as well. They are very involved during onboarding and our team didn't need to get our engineers involved.

They didn't have support documentation or guides ready. To their credit, they did produce it right when we asked.

Really well built and good platform. The UI is easy to use and has great workflows. Really easy to connect with our in-house databases and APIs.

We did not have any issues. Sometimes it could be easier to use, but they followed up with everything we suggested.
