Cons: For users who do not use ERM extensively the system can seem cumbersome and training staff can take some time particularly as we are in a regional area. The support team has been very helpful and responsive in addressing comments/questions/fixes. I also like and appreciate the overall look and feel of the system. Cons: Several system limitations exist (none that materially impact the purpose Protecht is supposed to serve) and it isn't easy for users to learn how to make edits/changes to workflows, reports, builds in the system.
