My company has not yet gone "live" with the platform, but we've done extensive testing of the product to get a complete understanding of it's capabilities. So far the platform has exceeded expectations and we are excited to launch it in the next few weeks.

Without a doubt, my best experience with this software has been the customer support received! The platform is very easy to navigate, and provides colorful graphics to roll-up results in an easy-to-use dashboard.

Though easy to navigate, some actions are not as intuitive as I would like. For example; once you create a User with "Site Contact" permissions, you are unable to change their permission level. Additionally, you're unable to delete a User, you can only make them "inactive".

Overall I believe RiskWatch to be a good program and helpful tool in the security industry when assessing risk. I believe it would help the company I work for be more mindful of security risks and be better prepared for our annual cooperate risk evaluations.

The depth of questions asked. The follow up questions. The ability to add pictures to the survey. The ability to use on a tablet enabling our Officers to use the software while in the park completing rounds.

User-friendliness. Getting the survey started took a little longer than I should due to the misleading tabs. There are also a few drop down bars that don't work and some buttons that have some "dead clicks".

I decided to use it, but I think there will be a lot of improvements the company can make.

I loved the Surveys that it provided! they were well thought out.

Kind of hard to navigate and the tutorials did not always work

Ease of use, ability to customize, remediation, task tracking and extensive question set and risk registers.

Speed and reporting of the toolset (current state, we understand this is being updated).

The ease of use is a definitive pros of this software. It cut my report writing time significantly.

It was brought to my attention that the crime cast score lead to confusion. I had to explain the logic behind the crime cast score for my supervisor to understand it. But it is a learning curve that will be tamed in time.
