"I'm a big fan of the UI and the level of control, most importantly I've never had any issues with it that weren't readily and effectively resolved by their all-star support team, this is the ultimate plug and play solution to our security woes and requires almost no maintenance or oversight aside from occasional updates."

"It gives us detailed reports on how our users spend their time on their PCs, so we can better manage our time as a company. "

"It's also not possible to export a report from those pages that could be share with our security team that would list the names of the employee, the event type, the duration, and time stamp of the event"

"Some agent updates have, in the past, forced a restart which could not be suppressed caused a problem when used on a VDI hosts but it's been years since this last happened."
