We have solved the problem of people talking on their phones without hands free headsets. We don't have to worry about text messages coming through to our drivers and causing them to be distracted.

It is easy to set up and install. Customer service was great. Website and daily emails show me all the information I need.

I have not had any problems or dislikes so far.

Overall working with CellControl has been a good experience. From the initial sale, to implementation CellControl's team has been quick to respond and helpful. The software makes us MUCH more confident our team is not distracted while driving!

We have cellcontrol on about 100 phones at our company. Other than an issue I detail below, CellControl 100% meets our need. With safety being #1 priority this is a no-brianer. The cost is reasonable and customer support has been good. Some at our company say it works too well! :)

All aspects of cell control are great other than some issues with iphones. Those seem to have an on-going issue with connectivity or installing. We could give more details and would love this to get fixed! We are primarily android users but if this was not the case this would be a bigger issue.

We are accomplishing being able to track the location of our drivers as well as their driving habits. We are also ensuring ourselves that they are unable to use the phone while driving except for what is allowed.

If you have the APP correctly installed, it works as marketed.

- Latest CC software version restricted the Apple Maps; cannot move the map position; change any itinerary while vehicle is in motion. - ANY cellcontrol unit on ANY other non-company truck WILL knock off our cellcontrolled phones, even if You are standing or parked near the cellcontrol truck passing. -

It's a great way to assure your fleet is driving safe, some of our techs find it to be aggravating but it only takes seconds of distraction to have an accident. Since in place we have had 0 accidents as a result of distracted driving, money well spent!

You get alerts if any thing is tampered with.

Haven't seen any issues yet, sometimes they need a battery recharge if sitting in a dark shop idle for a while but that is simple maintenance.

Cellcontrol is a good product. It is cumbersome to configure and ideally it would be nice to have an all-in-one GPS, CellControl solution.

It does block use of the phone when all installation procedures and configurations are followed.

There are issues with the software when vendors update their OS. I thought developers got advanced copies of iOS and Android to test their software against.

As company that strives to eliminated distracted driving, this product takes the guess work out of who may or may not be driving distracted. It has driven our numbers down over 90%. Great product.

Very easy to use, almost completely automatic which makes it easy for anyone.

Takes a little to long for it to turn off after the vehicle is stopped/turned off.

When working as advertised, the unit effectively shuts down the cell phone. If the unit could be made tamperproof, it would be a great plus.

When it's functioning, it works fine. The unit will turn off the cell phone as expected.

Easily tampered with. The front of the case can be removed and the battery taken out, rendering the unit ineffective. Tape may be placed over the power cell causing the unit to go dead.

Not dependable enough for the needs of our fleet.

Overall, it does its job! In 10 Months our vehicles have driven a total of 372,157 miles, and during those miles driven we have blocked 3,331 calls, 11,899 texts (SMS), and blocked 40,143 apps. Our Employees are not distracted with their phones while driving. After installing Cell Control, we can confidently say that we have not encountered an "at fault" vehicle accident since then, and it is a good feeling knowing that our employees are Safer doing their job.

It is user friendly when it comes to being an Administrator for Users, Devices, and Triggers. Along with creating specific Policies, along with easy to manage adjustments through the reports.

The Tracking needs some improvement. When Data is behind the Tracking is behind.

Overall it is great. Our goal is to remove as much distraction from our fleet drivers as possible and this is one of the best ways to do that. I have been using it for about 7 months now and my experience is great. I just get in the car and drive and don't even think about what my phone might be doing or where it is. All about focus on the road.

Account is very simple to set up and administer from the portal, love it.

Would like some options to easier whitelist a few apps, but not a major issue.

Significant reduction in at fault accidents. Android devices work flawlessly with Cell Control. Apple needs to allow 3rd party vendors to work with their devices more easily.

I consider Cellcontrol a top vendor. We continue to ask them to bring value to our operation in non-traditional areas for them and they continue to meet or attempt to meet at every request. NO or NOT POSSIBLE is not in their vocabulary.

Unfortunately the Web portal and app are not entirely similar and have a different feel to them

Overall, we have had a positive experience. Hopefully in the future these devices improve and we continue to use the software.

The reliability of the software. There are so many bugs and issues with it that sometimes it feels like a waste of money.

Cellcontrol customer service has been good.

The only good thing about the software is the fact that IF you want to control cell phone use of your employees and act as big brother, this software provides absolute control.

This software is 100% about control of the employees, NOT education. Also, this software requires both a trigger unit and App. It is not an easy roll out. Education is necessary. I'd rather have people opt in to this program and WANT to eliminate cell phone use temptation than require this program.
