Gleematics RPA - Made in Singapore!!!

Excellent support from the team in Singapore. Having local support is extremely important.

PROS

The software is easy to set up. The user interface once accustomed to, can allow user of little programming knowledge to use it. So far is also on-premise and does not need an internet connection to work.

CONS

User interface for low code programming requires some getting used to. But a training course should be sufficient.

Powerful ands User Friendly AI/ML RPA

Overall Gleematics has help to take over and automated multiple tasks/processes, contributing towards significant improvements in productivity, effectiveness, efficiency. Most importantly, these improvements brought about significant cost savings and better internal and external customer experience and satisfaction.

PROS

The AI/ML features is the most impactful. AI/ML enables the product to be intelligence and be able to undertake/perform tasks that requires certain level of decision-making and been able to learn and build up its own capabilities over time. It is easy to use as end users is able to build up and automate tasks using Gleematic RPA without the need to engage professional programmers. Gleematic is able to work seamlessly with various platforms or applications thereby improving the overall intention for Robotic Process Automation.

CONS

It would be good if it has the ability to tap on the OCR capabilities of more tha 1 OCR engines rather than just using 1 OCR engines.

It has AI/ML capabilities, code-less and ease of deployment, and relatively value for money.

It cannot recognize the image if there is major updates on the system.

Very good, saved 80% of mundane tasks

very easy to learn and easy to build scripts

CONS

There are bugs and moving the steps up and down has some issues

Good experience, time saving to generate mundane reports.

The support is very knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot timely and promptly. They are able to anticipate users needs well and response accordingly.

Gleematic has helped our clients automate their processes, reduce their cost of operations and free up the time of their staff to perform higher-value work.

PROS

The RPA scripting was easy to understand and pick up once user understands the logic. No programming skills are needed.

CONS

Some far so far. There isn't any of such part that I have experienced at the moment.
