  • Pros

  • Farhan was very helpful kind and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of setting up our brightsafe online and talking us through how to use the software to get the best usage out of it.
  • The training was efficient and very helpful, reflecting a very good system that will help with the day-to-day management of H&S.
  • That's worth more to me than any glowing review about how good its e-learning will be for me team, or how knowing when to schedule certain tasks.
  • Cons

  • The accident reporting is restricted to responsible persons so users cannot report accidents but they can report hazards. The risk assessment feature is some what lacking and basic feeling.
  • The layout of the risk assessments is poor when printed with pages overrunning and no real format. In landscape and with a table would look much better.
  • There can be a lot to take in and the e-training is very dry, having done one course I would struggle to do more.

  • My experience has been great. The feedback from supervision, clients, management, stakeholders are all impressed with the product and program delivery.
  • Great company, customer service is amazing, that's why I have stuck with them and not looked around for a competitor price, if you find great customer service with a company you stick with it.
  • It was a very easy set-up, great ongoing support and used daily in all of our operations. We are very happy to Highly Recommend the program to any new users.

  • That I am not able to revise a form for an example if the employee enters the wrong location there is no way of correcting this.
  • The only issue that comes up occasionally is an employee complaint that they have to use their own device and data plan for work purposes.
  • Having multiple accounts can be awkward, especially when having to implement new forms.
