I like the simplicity of it, the ability to quickly but accuratly input the details needed to take indicident or information forward and then review and investigate at multiple levels quickly. Full marks!! 5 Instant communications from site to site and instant trending through out dashboard. AS well it aids in holding teams accountable. Its a great data collection software and very adaptable to adding other input data especially with respect to the action tracker. Cons: Its light on reports! Other than the dash board (which is excellent) you have to get information out of the system by using excel and writing specific reports. Even if there was a caned report; type status and date report by date range that you could flip over into excel would greatly enhance the program. as well the print option does not provide a very profession looking document and there are no attachments. In my experience with other incident software providers I have been involved with quarterly meetings/conference calls; where enhancements, issues, successes etc. concerns would be discussed. Customizing has not to difficult as long as it remains within the parameters of the system (like 4 levels). Easy to use and understand and it has a logical work flow to it. The training we received was really good and made it easy to follow the logic of the system. Technical support was very good. A good real-time system Cons: Not any real cons to the system from my perspective. Reasons for choosing Pro-Sapien EHS Software Appeared to be a good systemdeveloped based on user requirements and that had a logical workflow layout which could be customized - this proved to be correct during the development and implementation phases Reasons for switching to Pro-Sapien EHS Software Existing system was very cumbersome. Use of this system has allowed us to react to quicker to solve a variety of problems and it has introduced a level of transparency we did not have before. Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 5 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: Two things make Enterprise EHS on SharePoint stand out. Pro-Sapien solutions deliver the most value. Value not only considering the capital required for purchase but as important the time investment necessary to set up and implement. Secondly, the integration with Office 365 allows it to seamlessly become a part of the software suite we use everyday. This makes it very easy for our end users to become comfortable with the product very quickly. Cons: Enterprise EHS is highly flexible and because of that we included functions that at the time sounded good but in reality turned out to not perform as we envisioned. But, with the assistance of their customer support we were able to modify those functions to make them better fit what we needed. Those self-inflicted issues added to the time and effort to roll out the product. Reasons for choosing Pro-Sapien EHS Software Value. As an EHS systems consultant, I had the opportunity to review a number of different solutions, each with their own specific pro's and con's. ProSapien's HSEQ Innovate solution is definitely a solution I recommend my client's to look into, especially if they are already using Microsoft's SharePoint Business Intelligence platform. Even though the learning curve can be significantly reduced due to most people's familiarity with Microsoft products, the solution can be client configured to meet their unique requirements. The product has proven to be an excellent choice ' it gives us the flexibility for future enhancement and on-boarding of additional processes such as audit tracking, which is also applicable to the wider business. Additionally, the team at Pro-Sapien were great to work with. The solution they have delivered Shawcor can extend into other processes and workflows as we need them, and we now have a single application to meet our health and safety needs. Since deployment the service we have received from Pro-Sapien has been prompt and helpful. We would recommend Pro-Sapien to any large organization requiring a comprehensive view of how the business is performing.
