Pros:

- ease of use for workers in the field - ability to build forms from scratch is incredibly easy and user friendly -[sensitive content hidden] is a great ambassador of WIJS and is always avaialble to answer questions and provide assistance - auto reminders can be set for workers in the field so they never "forget" to complete paperwork - the digital safety program is much easier to track and store documents compared to hard copy paper

Cons:

- we started with WIJS from the beginning, so there are some technical issues that arise from time to time. However, they are small errors and are quickly corrected by the team. Other than that, no cons to the system.
