The VOIP calling regularly gets lagged and distorted needing to regularly close and reopen the browser. Been some problems dialing out to Philippines like after 1 min the call starts to loop.

I love that I can do all kinds of management with loft. The integrations into my browser is excellent, as well as my Salesforce integration.

There has been occasional down time, which really hurts productivity on outbound.

Also, no integration to hubspot and my company just switched from salesforce to hubspot.

I dislike how i can send messsges without having a merchant name attached to the email because then it makes my emails not make sense.

Easy to view all active cadences, pending tasks and reminders. The live call listening feature is great too.

Worst though is that their customer service always blames user error when IT departments have gotten involved and mapped the problems back to them.

It helps them keep organized and we love the response rate feature and the a/b testing feature because that helps us determine what emails are most likely able to get a good response.

Overall, SalesLoft is very easy to use and very powerful.
