Pros/Cons
Pros
- Overall experience has been great. The team is very helpful and responsive to inquiries and support.
- As a business owner it is great to be able to track the progress of new employees and managers as the progress through the training.
- The training courses are relevant and easy to understand as well as provide good knowledge check support throughout to highlight important concepts.
Cons
- Lack of shortcuts for basic processes (user passwords/course enrollment). Manual course enrollment is cumbersome.
- Possible the only negative point I can mention is the time zone difference as we are in South Africa. However that said support always responds promptly and we work around it.
Pros
- My overall experience has been excellent. It was very easy to use and our customer/leads really appreciate the ability to access resources on their own schedules.
- Showpad has been great for our Sales team to get access to information quickly when out in the field. It has also been very helpful when following up with prospects.
- Very easy and quick to update, good search function and great interaction with external partners via ' shared spaces.
Cons
- The tracking doesn't cc you in sent emails or can integrate in Microsoft dynamics so information sent to customers is missing and it's very difficult to record it in a CRM.
- I think that the reporting features can be a tad confusing.
- It provided a fix for a constant problem we were having - not having the right literature at the right time.
