When we were evaluating the the tool there were two pieces that were key - the reporting and that it wasn't a full blown LMS that we would then have to merge with HR or L&D. Being able to own the system was important to us - as training needs for sales teams don't often align with the formal L&D approach. However, post-sale, the ease of implementation and the incredibly positive feedback from our users is what makes Wonderway a winner for us.
